ROSS Management Services (RMS) commenced operations in 1988 and it is the culmination of more than 35 years of hands-on experience in property management, asset management, real estate sales, marketing, and construction management.
RMS shares the goals and addresses the primary objectives of the owner, which is the creation and preservation of value through its approach of providing excellent service to the residents of its communities. Management teams are formed, enabling the on-site and the corporate employees to focus their attention on the daily needs of the community and its residents. The centralized computer/bookkeeping systems provide the necessary financial controls over the community, while ensuring accurate and timely information to the on-site staff, senior management and ownership. The on-site employees are responsible for monitoring the performance of the community in order to achieve the established budgets and the goals of our owners.
All aspects of weekly rental activity, marketing and vacancy status are coordinated with and reported to senior management. An in-depth online operations manual containing forms, procedures and details of a variety of operating information has been created to assist in this highly-detailed management style. As the management company has continued to grow, a system of Regional Property Managers and on-site Property Managers has been established and expanded in order to maintain a high level of attention to detail. Today, RMS is one of the most active multifamily property management companies in the Washington, DC metro area.
